  Michelle is very helpful. I ordered a headstone with a custom design and was not charged extra, also I changed the design (before production) and it was not a problem. The headstone was produced and delivered in an except able time. I am a very happy customer.

  We purchased a headstone for my fathers grave in 1999 from Graco Granite. Over the years we have noticed that it isn't standing up against the test of time, we don't live in town anymore so only get to visit him occasionally. In Sept 2015 I contacted Michelle over the phone to ask her what can be done about the headstone, she asked me to take some pictures and send to her, which I did. I didn't hear back and then followed up a few times until I forgot. Fast forward to Sept 2017, the headstone is now unrecognizable basically and ones far older than my fathers are in far better condition, this was not a cheap headstone we purchased either. The lack of quality, standing behind their product and customer service would make me to not suggest this company to anyone shopping.

  I ordered a tombstone 15 years ago for both my parents when my mother passed. Now that my father passed in March 2017, his engraving needs to be added and Michelle assured me 3 times they will complete the work. However, it has been 2 months and she has not responded to any of my 5 voicemails and 6 emails for a status update. I have had to get another company to complete the work of Graco Granite. Poor service and lack of courtesy.
